There could not bad better contractor in northern Idaho , our home was built in Hauser Idaho by Termac construction, Mike Ragusa pays attention to detail and the budget. My wife and my self cannot recommend anyone but Mike he runs an exceptional operation. He earns the 5 star rating Termac and Mike are superb.
