Called on the recommendation of our plumber. We (thought we) needed a GFCI outlet for our garbage disposal replaced, but Paul walked us through a few simple steps over the phone that got us back up and running. Felt kinda stupid, but we are very happy to have things working properly again. So nice of him to help us out! Will definitely call when we need some actual work done.
