Signed contract with WindowAwnings.com on 11/18/2014. They list built by Terra Nova Construction license #758760 on the contract. Estimated completion date is 12/28/2014. On at least five occasions we were told they were coming to our home. Never showed, never called. Today is January 29, 2015. They were supposed to install this morning. No call, no show again. They've had half the total cost since November 18, 2014. We have no product. We may have to go to small claims court. Save yourself time, aggravation and money. Do NOT hire this company.
