    I have no hesitation in giving Terramar Custom Builders my highest recommendation.

    Kevin Stephens of Terramar Builders was the lead contractor in an extensive rebuilding and remodeling project at our two-storey, 3000 sq. ft. residence that lasted from April of 2016 to January of 2017. Work included rebuilding a major area of the roof as well as an entire exterior wall, replacing all of the roofing as well as a major part of the siding, demolishing and entirely rebuilding a large (1000 sq. ft.) multi-level deck and pergolas, refinishing interior walls, upgrading and augmenting electrical circuits and fixtures, as well as many other projects.

    Throughout all of this, the work of Terramar Builders was prompt, efficient, cost-effective, and skilled. Their subcontractors in roofing, decking, and electrical work were of the finest caliber, and it was a sincere pleasure to work with Mr. Stephens and his group.
