    New project plans

    I am disappointed. Truth. At the first meeting, this person made a positive impression. Singed an agreement. Paid the first payment. Then trouble began. Doesn't answer calls or emails either. Then he appeared, asked for more money, said that he had problems, but he was doing the work. All deadlines have passed, nothing has been shown to the requirement to present the results of his work. Asked for more time and more money. He was refused a demand to do the work. Disappeared. On the demand to return the money - stupid replies. People who are looking for an architect! Avoid Damon Terrell! This is a man who pretends to be an engineer, but in fact a swindler who has run out of money and who does not disdain anything. I plan to sue in order to punish a dishonest and childish swindler.

    Horrible horrible and unethical! Pretty much stole thousands of dollars and we have received nothing from him! Somehow a 5 week ADU submission has turned into 7+ months. We have heard every excuse in the book from Damon. He even tricked us to get the final payment with one of his sob stories and promised us he would submit by that Friday. Of course that was several months ago!

    Infidelity, addiction, multiple people he knows hospital, his engineers dying. Everyone he works with, including himself have either gotten Covid or died. Every week it’s “this week we submit” but somehow that week someone else dies, disappears, gets covid. I understand there is covid and things are delayed. But at some point coincidences disappear and the only common factor is Damons manipulative lies. We have friends that started thinking about an ADU months after us, and we told them NOT to use Damon. They went with someone else and are not only submitted but they are starting construction. How sad is that!

    He promised us progress so many times and he we are $7k in with ZERO results from Damon. Note all his reviews were written by family members, that should have been a red flag. Taking him to court next! Well of course that’s after his last “this week” submission commitment (I want to say number 25 of those at this point can’t believe the lies anymore ).

    Stay away if you value your sanity. Damon comes off very professional but he is anything but.
