Extremely Unreliable , Unless you are on his BIG MONEY list of Preferred customers do not EVEN bother talking to this contractor. Was all set up to do addition & siding, was given 5 PROMISED dates to start over a 16 month period and was continuously put off because of others jobs, NOT a man of Integrity. If your looking for Honesty,Reliability,Accountability
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Have never dealt with ANY Business with non existent Integrity as Terry Frascht construction. Now we are 18 months behind ,wish he would of been up front & honest with us instead of stringing us along by constantly putting other jobs he deemed more favorable ahead of us especially when we asked him point blank many times if he was not interested we would get someone else,kept PROMISING us he was and now 18 months later here we set and was told @ least another two months? Find someone whose word means something and Man enough to be honest with you up front when they're not interested in doing your job.
