Terry bid our home remodel and we agreed to his 50k price. We signed an agreement for each job of the project that had a price for that individual part of it and paid him $25000 for material down payment. He completed half of 1 of the jobs. the main roof 15sq that’s it. We got no other materials. He’s Never been back to the job site. We confronted him in July and wanted our money returned. He agreed to 15k pretty simple math. He promised a check in Aug, then in Oct, then tax return April. Here we sit in June and still nothing.
He’s not who he says he is. Don’t just sucked into his game-
