I had a similar experience to this other guy who left a review, except it was my mother's house that had the sewage problem. They were paid good money to fix a problem and did a terrible job and did nothing to guarantee their work. I come from a Military family so maybe I have a different idea about respecting people and having honor in yourself and what you do, but I cannot believe people like this are allowed to have a business and take advantage of other people in this way. This is a terrible company with people who are willing to put on a smile in order to take your money, and do nothing if there is a problem.

They were very nice and quick initially, and told me me they guaranteed their work. Because of other peoples reviews I took them on their word and did what they recommended. After paying several thousands to fix my problem based on their recommendation the exact same problem returned a few months later flooding my basement in sewage. I cannot begin to explain just how bad this was, and all the problems it created, nor do the details matter at this point. What does matter is that they did not answer their phone, and after several attempts and messages left 3 days later we called someone else to fix the problem. You can imagine how upset I and my family was already, but then having to wait that long to have someone else come out to look at the problem and tell us that we have the exact same problem as before, and have yet another bill handed to us for work we already paid for and supposedly ("GUARANTEED"). Eventually they did get back to us and we were told it was not their problem. My wife and I spoke with the owner specifically, and he treated us like fools for thinking he was responsable for the work he and his employees performed. I will not be using their services again, nor would I recommend them to any friends or family in the Great Falls area.

I had a sewer problem and needed to get some of the pipe replaced, The man that I called referred me to Terry, he came out and looked gave me a quote and started the job and finished it the same day. It was a small job but those are usually the ones no one wants, he didn't hesitate got in there and got it done and didn't tear up my yard plus he put in a valve so the plumber doesn't have to go into the crawl space. Very nice guys, pleasant to work with and very reasonable prices. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Terry for doing this.
