    I hired Duane Rinkes about 11 years ago to help me build a commercial/home building. I had a concrete company pour a 52' X 82' concrete pad for my building. Before my brand new concrete could completely harden, Duane drove a bobcat loader over it and did lots of damage. When I complained to him, he got a real attitude about it and this was after I had already paid him tens of thousands in CASH for other work he had done for me on this job. He tried to fix it but ever sense, it has looked like heck! I also had him install a drain line along the edge of my new gravel road. At the time, my neighbor approached and asked what we were doing. Duane explained he was installing a drain from my yard and the road out to a paved road about 400' away. My neighbor told Duane that the drain would never work because the water would have to drain uphill. Duane said it would drain just fine. Unfortunately, I believed Duane and I paid him more CASH for the drain. In 11 years, I have NEVER seen a drop of water enter the drain. My wife and I were her almost every day while our building was being built. The one day we couldn't be here, Duane connected the downspouts to a dry well (I guess). To this day, we have never known where three of the four downspouts drain and how they are connected. At the end of December, 2018 we wrote Duane a letter asking him to draw on a sheet of paper that we supplied where the drain lines drain and how they are connected. We even included a self address return envelope with a stamp. It would have taken him 10 minutes to draw it out and stick it in our envelope and mail it back to us. NO REPLY. Since then, my wife has called him twice in the past six weeks and left a message and he has not once returned her call. In the beginning, he seemed like a nice guy but in the end, he really let us down. We have other complaints about Duane Rinkes but won't make this negative review any longer. We would not recommend Duane to anyone after the way he treated us in the end. If anyone wants to come see our place and see what I am talking about, you are very welcome to email us.
