    Build a porch

    Terry Bowling stole $6.5k from us. He said he needed it for material to build a porch, but the material was never delivered, then came back to ask for the balance and we requested he assure us he would complete the project. He refused.
    Never ever let this man near your home. Like the previous review we are pursuing legal proceedings against him.

    Basement remodeling
    $110,000

    Terry Wray Bowling was assigned to be our general contractor for basement finishing. He appeared all nice in the beginning and took a advance of 15k from us. Once the work started he started giving us fraudulent quotes. Upon questioning his fraudulent quote, he ran away with our money! After terminating his contract, he demanded an additional 6k, trying to extort more money from us. He’s a fraud, and thief, don’t ever hire him! He has cheated some other folks too earlier. You can find those reviews on porch.com. We are pursuing legal proceedings against him. He is a criminal, he should be behind bars. Never let this guy come inside your house.
