Worst service I've ever had in my life! Always have to call to set my appts. never hear from them and they still have not finished my floor. Im just suprised after how many times we call them they say that "Oh we are so busy,". Customers happiness should be your number one priority. They have never called to say when they are going to come over and we always have to call to ask when they are going to finish our floor. If this is going to keep up they are going to go out of business.

I had laminate flooring and carpet installed through Lowes in 2017. They were very professional. Both of their employees did an excellent job. There were numerous problems with the floor and they worked it out beautifully. I am trying to contact them to install laminate flooring again.
