Testa Asphalt Paving and Tina have NOT provided reimbursement despite her saying she would issue a check over two months ago. They continue to lie to and say the check is in the mail and due to Covid they were behind "writing checks"?? They have also ignored the Better Business Bureau inquiries and are Not in Good Standing with the state of Maryland. Testa Asphalt was very efficient and fast.The people I dealt with were friendly and answered all my questions.They did an outstanding job!

They did very little they were contracted to do - including materials to use. They were extremely unprofessional regarding that fact and never contacted us to fix the job as they said they would. Within 6 months the driveway is crumbling and there are even holes in the pavement.

This was easily the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. After they finished, I pointed out some flaws with the asphalt they had laid. Only the left side was smooth while the right side was extremely uneven. Not only were they unreceptive, but instead spent our conversation YELLING at me about how they had been doing this for 20 years, this was the industry standard, and how I did not know what I was talking about. I would strongly advise anyone to STEER CLEAR of this business due to both their poor quality of work and lack of professionalism. Update: We were contacted by the company about fixing the problem and they asked us to remove the review. After this contractor has slipped 7 or 8 times on the date they said they will come, then they stopped to respond.

Very dissatisfied with the work. Spoke to the owner and he claimed these lines would go away in a few weeks and that these were from rust from his roller. I beg to differ as there is grass in some of the dirt lines and I have had 3 other driveways paved in the past and have never seen a mess like this! Four rain showers did not make this get any better. Wants me to spend additional money to get the driiveway sealed to hide their embarrassing mess. In the middle picture you can see pitted asphalt from it being too cool before they were rolling it, so it did not get the smooth finish as the rest of the driveway. They made a mess of my garage and never cleaned up the dust from them cutting up parts of the old driveway. I have oil/tar footprints on my garage floor, see pictured #4 and #5. So I beg folks not to make the same mistake as me, and please avoid giving this company any more business!

Overall I am completely dissatisfied with their work!

Did not have the professional courtesy to call and cancel
appointment in advance of scheduled time, even though
he knew he would not make it. He did call 2 hours after the appointment, claiming problems with another job AND
his cell phone battery died. Sounds like "the dog ate my home
work". I believe he could have contacted me regardless.
He wasted my valuable time.
