Brian's pool services built a beautiful large unground pool for my family this summer. Him and his crew worked with efficiency throughout the whole project. Definitely recommend him. I received a few quotes prior to choosing Brian's pool services and he came in with far prices. He definitely knows his pools and equipment. There were a few times he was a bit slow on responding back to phone calls but that's what happens when you're the one actually out there doing the work. I would recommend him and his crew anytime.

Hired Brian’s pool service for a new install & delivered as promised! Very professional service and attention to detail. Kept very close on communication before & throughout the project. Very fair on pricing and accommodating and changes we through his way (including working with other trade on site for cabana and concrete). 1000% recommend Brian and his team if you want the job done right.

We did an inground pool with Brian. Not knowing too much about the business he was pretty good with selling me what seemed like an excellent plan. He is extremely arrogant, which I initially didn't mind because I felt confident he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he way over sold me on the pool with cool automation that he knows nothing about. His follow up and attitude suck. And if you have problems, do not expect support from him. Do not pay this man to open your pool, he charges a fortune for taking a cover off, and yet leads you to believe his service includes everything. The biggest issue was him working with other contractors, like our concrete guy, our concrete had to be fixed because he refused communication with him. Pools are expensive.... I would not work with him again. I do love my pool, but wish I hadn't given my business to this man.

Dan's pool care/ Brian's pool service (new name) I have been using them for 9 years, they have built 2 pools for me now (winter destroyed 1st one) as well as opening and closing it every season. Brian and his crew are great guys and do awesome work! However it does take a day or two sometimes to get back to you but that is what happens when word gets around how great u and your crew are. Then u get crazy busy and unfortunately MI weather is short lived so u have to do as much as u can on the sunny days and make calls on rainy days. If u leave a message and its a serious problem he is great about calling asap. So long short of it all after 9yrs I wouldn't trade them for anyone!

Brian came out today and repaired the pool and apologized for not returning my phone calls. As I had stated in my prior review, I would update the review and change the rating, which I have done. Thanks Brian for coming out and fixing my problem. I would recommend you to my friends. Laura

Brian's Pool Service (new company name) installed my pool liner fine but after a two weeks, I noticed that the liner had pulled out of the metal strip that holds it, (approx. 6 inches has pulled out of the strip and another area there is approx. 2 inches starting to pull out). I contacted Brian who informed me he would be out to fix it. It has been over a week now and I have not heard back from him nor will he return my phone calls. If he would return my phone calls and schedule a date /time when he will fix the problem, I would give him a higher rating. As it stands today, though, I cannot recommend him to anyone. It is appearing he does not stand behind his work!!!! I will update this post should he resolve the problem.

When I purchased my above ground pool six years ago Brian and his team did all the installation and startup and they did an excellent job. I have relied on them for opening and closing my pool for six years and they have never disappointed me. Sure, sometimes he has a problem returning phone calls because he is so busy and his days are really long but he has always come through for me and I recommend them highly
