To start the framing and bones of our home is actually good and the inside of the home.
Now let’s start with the bad the builders brick layers absolutely suck with windows uneven, fireplace and a couple spots on the exterior walls. We also have a terrible drainage issue causing all of the dirt to wash out from under my driveway, back yard and front yard have even lost some sod since the water does not go to the culvert next to me which leads to the development drain. Have been in this house for 2 1/2 months. Now getting ready to spend 4k on dirt work and irrigation not including the sod since the builder didn’t want to help with that. It has taken me nearly two months to receive anything from them. Here is the kicker I had to sign a legal document that makes them free and clear of any other issues with my drainage and damages to my property from the builders dirt work. Now with the dirt/clay that is washing out from under my concrete driveway they will not help.
If you’re wanting a new contruction home stay away from these guys. While building the house they had an illegal septic tank out in without a permit. If that doesn’t tell you how they conduct buisness.
