Texana Roofing

I did not have a positive experience. I looked on the BBB prior to agreeing to the work and the company had no complaints lodged which gave me confidence. I had a metal panel roof installed and the area around the fireplace looks beaten up and uneven, panel butting up against the fireplace just filled with caulk, some panels are not full sheets and just have caulk, several screw holes left holes (screws removed), valley did not have any foam or barrier to protect the roof from water (wind) and rodents/birds..., gutter put on crooked and anchors not fully engaged. Work looks sloppy even to an untrained eye.
Owner to correct today per text received. I will be getting it inspected after the 'fixes'. If corrected appropriately I will change my rating and review.

Can't say enough positive things about the costumer service and professionalism we were shown from all Texana Roofing Personnel. Our mortgage and insurance company made our roofing repair a long and exhausting process but Mr. Villarreal (owner) was very patient and understanding. There is no hesitation when we say, " We are Sincerely Satisfied ".

Company demonstrated honesty, integrity and quality craftsmanship. Staff were aware of special needs and were accommodating.
This company says what they will do and in turn, does what they say which is hard to find these days.
Would highly recommend to others and would utilize services again if needed.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. The owner was professional and kept me updated on the status of our repair. I'm very pleased with my new roof and haven't had any issues. I've recommended them to friends and neighbors!

First, the owner failed to show up to our scheduled appointment. After staying home all day, waiting for him, I finally called him. His excuse was that he had gone out of town unexpectedly the day before. No explanation for why he had not called to cancel the appointment. After the roof was finally replaced, I noticed that the Hardiplank siding that abuts an row of shingles on an overhang was damaged. The owner denies that his crew caused the damage, but the fact remains that the siding was not damaged before the roof was replaced, and now it is. I had the siding company come out and inspect the damage, and they confirmed that something striking the siding caused the damage. So, I am stuck with the cost of the repairs. Because I am selling my house, the roof was inspected, and 2 months after the roof was installed, the inspector found that several shingles were damaged. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with quality of the work, and the lack of professionalism of the owner.
