Benavides, Edgar
Owner
My experience working with Texas Cool Works was very good. M. Benavides and his assistants installed a new A/C unit on 7/28/2016. The unit was working ok and then three days later it stopped working . I called and they came back on Monday, 8/1/2016. There was a water leak inside the outside unit. They replaced it with a new outside A/C unit. Two days later, the A/C unit still was not cooling properly. I set the thermostat at 76 and the inside temperature jumped to 79. I called again and they came back the next day, Wed 8/3/2016. Mr. Benavidez and his assistant checked the system and replaced the old thermostat with a new thermostat at no charge. Overall, excellent service.
