I would never recommend this builder or his company. The experience was the worst. He took advantage of a situation. He took almost 2 year to get to the incomplete stages he left our home. He didn’t follow builder agreement signed and caused friction between my family and neighbors on the condition that he left our property that we are still recovering from. He brought in sub contractors to do work but failed to hold them accountable in performance of work.

Horrible builder. Took over 2 years to build our home and left it in an incomplete state. He did not follow the contract and left my property in a horrible state. All of the subs he hired to do the work were absolutely horrible. I have roof issues, electrical issues, foundation issues, the list goes on and on. Do yourself and your family a favor, stay far away from this builder. He will try and sell you, but everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie.
