We had Texas Plumbing out to our house a year ago to put in two water heaters and a water softener - all are under warranty. Our heating element went out on Christmas Eve, so we called to let them know (not expecting anyone to come out on Christmas Eve). We called them a few days later and they told us at 2:20 pm that they would be at our house in 45 minutes. NO SHOW. Then at 8:39 pm I got a text saying they had a flat tire and they would be here in the morning. Still NO SHOW. This is terrible customer service and we will proceed making a claim with the BBB as well as reporting you to the state. .
