    Fix one zone on our sprinkler system
    $144

    3.5 week Saga: Came promptly for the initial visit. Spent a lot of time talking while the meter ticked ($144 to locate a zone that didn’t work) Came out a second time (zone would never turn off) . Peeled off a sticker and said he forgot to do that earlier. Again, didn’t test the system (Irrigation 101). Stood us up for our third appointment. When he finally contacted us, Richard said it would be 1.5 weeks until he would return. We stopped payment because services were not rendered and he did not exceed our expectations as per his online guarantee . He promptly left a threatening voicemail “actions have consequences” and told us he would contact the police. Steer clear of this one. Best to make sure they have a BBB rating! Lesson learned.
