They installed the incorrect unit for our encapsulated home and also installed it at a time when there was no electricity to the home. How does one do that? Now we need to purchase the correct climate controll unit out of pocket on our new construction home. Efrain, also ignored us after teling us multiple times he would have a technician come out.
