Steven is a huge fraud and a guy with no morals and conscience. He initially acts like a trust worthy person and once the payment is done shows his true colors leaving unfinished work and vanishing all of a sudden. He built a patio for us, later when i decided to hire another contractor for his unfinished work i was told by the city that he had not filed a permit for the build which he lied about and took additional money for. Beware of him and if he built anything that needs a permit for you just verify with the city if he really did it unless he provided you with a copy of it beforehand.

Steve is a horrible businessman and a crook. He starts out like this nice guy then he begins to take short cuts. He took money to order my swim spa and as of this day we still haven’t received our swim spa, the deck is not complete and he has now forced me to take him to court. Stay away from this guy because he is a crook..

Steven did an excellent job! He built us a 20x16 covered patio. It came out much better than expected. He’s a really nice guy and does great work at a fair price. The color matched the stain on the home, the design was exactly what we talked about and he went above and beyond with touch ups. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We spend a lot of time in the backyard now.

Steve was supposed to finish my project 6 months ago, he still hasn't finished it and hasn't been responding for about a month. He never keeps his word, so many missed appointments, deadlines and now he simply won't even answer phone calls or texts, avoid him.
