  $8,755

  Did my foundation on 3/4/2025. Had excessive collateral damage:I reported this several times to the office. Multiple cracks in my patio. Just needed cementing. All 13 shrubs that was dug out were not re-planted at and all died. Misplaced 2 of my extended gutters (I've already replaced); broke soaker hose (already ordered replacement); damaged several solar lights (replaced); and most damaging of all: did not replace the basketball pole/net to it's safe location and the wind blew it against my fence and damaged the fence. I was aware and did expect some collateral damage but this was hurried work and negligence, hence the over excessive collateral damage. No care was taken to minimize or mitigate the damages. Like I said hurried work for they left my house after 2000 on said say. Working in not good lightning. Anyway, Now I have another foundation company coming over to re- examine my foundation as per advised. I; therefore; stopped the credit card payment of $8,755 and the company threatened with action to put a lien against my house.

  Foundation Repair

  Hi everyone! Well Saturday the 6th of October 2018 came and went. As promised the TexPro crew showed up early at our Grand Prairie home to repair the Cinder Block and Beam foundation on this 99 year old house.

  All the guy’s and their supervisor introduced themselves and explained in great detail what they where going to do. While we where at home they effectively and professionally went about there business repairing and resetting the complete foundation, removing all the old blocks and broken masonry to get the structure back on level footing.

  Working like something of a “Seal Team” they all where in constant communication with each other to lift and pitch to the correct angle our home back to it’s 1919 height and footing. Replacing all the foundation with modern up to code Cinder Blocks.

  When they where done our home never felt stronger and more secure since it was originally built. The crew cleaned up there deconstruction and reconstruction mess and checked all the plumbing on this old house. My wife and I couldn’t be happier! You Guy’s are Excellent!

  To see if anyone else noticed we did not tell our 9 year grand daughter about this repair, since she always complained that the floor was funny and her soccer ball would roll away by itself, well to her surprise when she put the ball on the floor it stayed right where she placed it! Then with gentle tap she was able to move it up and down the hallway. Stopping it and the ball holding it’s position until she wanted it to move. This made us and her very happy!

  Now for the Water Test, Have you ever spilled a glass of water or milk? With kids I believe every one has had this kind of accident, with a active child it’s sure to happen. Our grand daughter did that on Sunday in the Kitchen, instead of the fluid running toward the west wall of the room as it would always done before the repair, it stayed in place slowly spreading out as a level puddle not traveling like a running stream in a westerly direction as before.

  The House feels solid, the laundry washer doesn’t vibrate the floor anymore, we have sure footing anywhere we stand. We are happy with everything they have done for our home and lives.
