    I was very pleased with my 30x50x10 building. Great customer service from the rep to the installers. Liked it so much i purchased another one a year later.

    NOTE.. It would be nice for them to add some type of insulation inside at the TOP of building where the roof and walls join. You can see daylight and small birds can get in if not caulked . Took me about 2hrs up and down on a ladder filling those spaces.

    Build and install a carport

    Today we cancelled our order for a carport, after waiting since August! They have repeatedly put off the installation, and then rudely told us that we would schedule installation on a certain date, or have to wait another month. Yesterday was our final scheduled date, we were told they would call in the morning to let us know a time. Around 11:30 my husband called them. He was told the installers were finishing up, in Longview, and would be here shortly. At 4:00, he called once again, placed on hold, after 10 minutes he hung up. At 4:30 he called again, placed on hold for 5 minutes, he once again disconnected the call. Called back, he told the person that answered he did not want to deal with the scheduler but someone who could address this. He was sent to the scheduler, she said she didn't think they could deliver "today", he responded or course not it is almost dark, if you can't do it tomorrow, cancel the order. She said, I will get with my boss and get you a new date! He replied he wanted a response tonight. Surprise, they didn't call. Today, no call. He called them AGAIN. Told by the "manager" it would not be today, but would call with a new date. Finally, another person called, offering installation 10 days from now. My husband gave them 3 alternate days that would be agreeable to us, not acceptable to them. He said, cancel the order. We contacted the salesman we originally dealt with, he knew what had been going on. He has offered to give us our deposit back. He has been the only professional during this ordeal.

    Would not recommend them. We told the sales reps that we wanted it to be overall 11 feet height all over. She stated i thought I told you roof was higher. She did not. So its about 3 feet higher in center. All Texwin company and sales reps wanted to do was charge me to lower it.if you don't have a company or sales reps behind you then you don't have anything.

    Build a 40x50x10 metal shop building

    They built my 40x50x10 shop building. Overall they did very good but they did not get all of the trim on straight. They saved a few minutes of time but would have received a 5 star rating if they had taken just a few moments longer to do a good looking job on the trim.
