I left a recent review, and I neglected to mention two other problems with Mr. O'Reilly's flip. (1) there is no insulation in the house -- none at all. Several outside walls were stripped to the studs in the 2003 flip, but absolutely no insulation was installed, and the walls are like ice in the winter. (2) the exhaust venting from the first floor (not our unit) was improperly done, such that we enjoy the strong smell of coffee every morning in our 3rd floor bathroom -- as it makes its way through the venting in our neighbor's kitchen up to the exhaust vent in our bathroom. None of this is, of course, to code.

I'll be quick. me and my wife have lived in Watertown in a condo that was renovated by Terry 5 years ago. A YEAR after the property was sold, I had a question about the drains and Terry O Reilly himself came around on a Saturday morning to look in and check them. A WHOLE YEAR LATER and he came in. Looked it over and the next day sent a plumber to check it up.

The property has features that condo's on the market today don't have. We are expecting a son in the new year, and we don't need to move again.

Whoever is writing these bad reviews have not worked with him.

If this is the contractor that built my home in watertown, ma...he's HORRIBLE! There is no insulation in this condo, you can hear the neighbors dogs walking around all day, you can actually even hear the neighbors conversations verbatim! We paid over $6,000 to get this place sound proofed, and it didn't do anything. Hands down, the worst work I have ever witnessed. The BBB needs to get a hold of these terrible "builders"!!!

This company is a joke. They're a bunch of drunken Irishmen that smoke pot on the job and are completely full of themselves. There has been numerous issues with properties that they have "flipped". Fly by night company at best! Beware!!!
