    Thad Henry used 10' of my lot for a dust fence for 18 months. I had given him permission for 6 months. He did not re-establish plantings as agreed. He will not return my phone calls and refuses to correct the problem.

    Thad Henry build my house in Lahaina, HI. Part of his job was to supervise the construction of it. Most of the time he was absent and specially during the pouring concrete for my driveway he hired an non licensed concrete sub and they did not know how to do a inclined driveway and the result is that any car will scrape or not fit into the garage. Only SUV's and Pick up trucks can go down it. I asked Thad to repair the driveway and he has been promising to do it the last nine years. No sign of him after he got his last check nine years ago. By the way, Thad Henry is the most expensive contractor in Maui.
