I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anybody. This contractor over charge for the work he did plus he performed a lousy job @ my house. I payed $8000 to fix the leak on my balcony, but over a period of 2 years and the leak on my balcony still exist.
Would you install tile on the balcony without the waterproof membrance? Yeah, that is exactly what he did........
