Had an emergency plumbing issue at my home. Contacted the Aisling Company, Casey and his crew showed up on the weekend. Fixed the problem within minutes. Price was extremely reasonable! Will be calling back for some routine maintenance! Thanks Casey!

Requested a quote for a roofing repair for my home. Contractor provided a quote, and quote was a bit high. Our roof had some damage and we went with another contractor that was lower than The Aisling Company initially. We ended up overspending and have many problems with our roof. Should have gone with Casey and his crew initially!

The Aisling Company remodeled my master suite, kept cost close to estimate, very professional and pleasant to work with! Kept to schedule, went over budget due to some change orders as I wanted some upgrades. Bathroom looks professional, HGTV worthy! Will hire again

If I could give less than one star, I would. Casy reroofed my home. He installed a TPO roof. Within 1 year, I had leaks. Within 2 years, seams were not welded together. He installed the TPO incorrectly around the canales and on the parapet. He punched holes through the parapet. I tried countless times to contact him. When he finally showed up (unexpectedly), he said it was fine and the only problem was the canales. I had 4 other roofers look at my roof, just give a visual inspection, they all came to the same conclusion, essentially that the installation was as if I had a tarp placed for the roof. When I reported this to Casey, he said he was voiding the warranty because other people looked at my roof. He said that my " roof was installed correctly and inspected and deemed satisfactory". When I asked for the inspection report he responded that"I never stated that there was a report written and I did not state there were two inspections". He did state that the roof was inspected so I would assume there was a report. And, why wasn't it inspected? Now, my whole roof will need to be replaced, my stucco repaired and I am out the over $9000 I paid Casey. THIS ROOF DID NOT LAST EVEN ONE YEAR. One more issue. He told me that if I kept the canales clean, there should be no problem. I was very preoccupied as my father's primary caretaker. I paid him to perform maintenance two times a year. He did maintenance once in the spring. He did not do the second maintenance. Then he said the water backed up and damaged the stucco in some areas because the canales were clogged. He then told me he would refund the maintenance fee I paid. I have seen nothing yet.
I paid over $9000 for a roof that did not last even 1 year and worse, caused significant damage to my stucco. Do not trust Casey or Kathryn when they tell you that they charge more because they do a good job. Do not trust them that they will honor the warranty they give you. Do not trust them with your roof. It is a big expense and an important part of your home. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am elderly but mostly because I was focused on caring for my father and Casey knew I wasn't paying close attention. This is my worst experience with any construction I have had done. If I could, Aislibg would receive a negative score.
