I would give this company a minus 5 stars. This company claims to have the right to auto renew your service with them even when the contract you had with them has ended and you believe that you have properly terminated the contract. Then when you try to contact The Alarm Co (apparently also known as Jsw Security, Vivent, Timepayment Corp and who knows what else), to straigthen everything out, you calls will always be answered by an answering service and you never receive a call back. I've even sent two more certified letter to them and they have not even responded to those. They don't retunn calls or answer correspondance, but they have no problem sending me bills each month for services they are not even rendering. A legetimate company would try there best to address their customers concerns. I believe this business to be a scam and am sorry I ever had anything to do with them. You can't get answers from them and the more you try the most confussed you get when start finding out all the different companies they supposebly are.
