Brian Scott Peele
Scott did a reconstruction of a bathroom a few years ago (at his father’s- my grandpas- house that I rent). We were just told by a HVAC professional (and shown video proof) that the bathroom shower leaks (rains) while the shower is running. He even had a plumber come out to verify. Assumption is he never installed a shower pan. RUN from anything he builds!
