If I could give Abel and The Carpenter's Touch more than 10 stars, I absolutely would! After installing new vinyl flooring, we ran into a major problem with our staircase. We needed a 30-year-old oak stair trim piece with a custom router profile that simply isn't made anymore. We visited numerous lumber yards and custom woodworking shops and spent hours searching online, but nobody could help us. Then we found Abel. He was the only person willing to take on our project, even though we only needed a single 4-foot piece. Most places weren't interested in such a small job, but Abel treated us like we were his most important customer. His price was extremely fair, and he truly went above and beyond. He custom-made the exact router profile, and the new oak trim matched our original piece perfectly. You honestly can't tell the difference! To top it all off, he even delivered it right to our house. Abel is not only an exceptionally talented craftsman, but he's also one of the nicest, friendliest, and most genuine people you'll ever meet. He takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely wants every customer to be completely satisfied. That kind of dedication and customer service is hard to find these days. Whether you need a large custom woodworking project or a small specialty piece like ours, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Abel and The Carpenter's Touch.
