Louis Champagne is the best. From my experience, I highly recommend Louis. He is smart, cares about the needs of the client and is a really hard worker. He does everything the right way. Does not cut corners and knows the codes. He is fast, efficient and is very conscious of budget. He is also an amazing craftsman. Our house had unforeseen fixes needed. Louis addressed the issues. Louis managed the job with sound advise and care. He had our best interest in mind. Can't say enough.
