I hired this company to come and give me an estimate to install a fireplace insert. I was told I needed to have my chimney inspected for $139 and with that I would get an inspection report and estimate for work. I have yet (2 months later) to receive the inspection. I asked for my money back and haven't seen that either. Thieves!
