We hired this contractor over a year ago to do work on a walkout for our basement. We told the contractor that we would do part of the work and have them pour concrete. We paid them a 60% deposit for materials. They came out to prepare the site and then never came back. I've been in contact with Vanessa and she reassured me they would refund my money, but never have. Don't hire this contractor! We are out $6,500 for something never started. Horrible.
