    $110,000
    The biggest scam artist

    This contractor obtained a bid to renovate our office.
    He used two people without proper training to set the porcelain using the incorrect technique and material which caused the porcelain to become unglued to the underlying thin set within two months
    HE then demanded $12,000 to fix his mistake and when we refused to pay he is threatening to "shut our business down""
