    Terrible! We paid in full for granite and 4 months later it was scheduled, then rescheduled (by them)——then the day before the install they call and say they need to reschedule again because they don’t have the supplies! Then they call me back the next day and tell me we are really scheduled to be installed. THEN AFTER WAITING UNTIL NOON I CALLED THEM to find out where they were. They told me they loved the install to 2 weeks later and did not tell
    Me!!!! Then they told me the manager would call me back - that never happened! At this point I am hoping to complain to Home Depot and get my money back!

    Would give negative reviews if I could. Had 4 "canceled" "no show" appointments, and when I did get ahold of someone, it was always difference reason as to why. Then was offered a VISA gift card for my troubles that was May, Call every week, either leave messages or speak to someone adn get the run around too. Filed complains about them with Lowes and Dekton Manufacturer. Stay away form them!

    Is it possible to give NEGATIVE stars??? Horrible communication, no accountability for delayed or all together canceled installation dates, Costco has no record of my completed contract for countertops and no record of the over $12,000 I paid for those countertops. I have reached out to the Vice President of the Tucson office multiple times and he refuses to talk to me. My sales rep Jeff Toothaker isn't much help either. He says he can't get an answer as to why the delays and lack of communication are happening yet he wants me to believe him when he says everything is on time for the (3rd) upcoming installation appointment.
