We hired The Crew Corp in 2016 to replace a flat roof. The job went ok, with the exception of couple of occasions when the roofer did not protect the exposed areas during rain and water got inside. Greg (GRZEGORZ RUP) the president was fairly good about repairing the damage. Trouble began 2 years later with leaks. At each occurrence he came to reseal but that failed. Finally, in 2019 the bonding gave out and 1/4 of the roof curled and waved and is literally flopping in the wind. During the entire 2020 various members of the HOA board texted, emailed and called to beg, and bargain to get the bonding fixed. The attorney called and sent written demand. Greg promised each time he will come and repair the damage within the next days. He came twice in person but did not do any repairs. The HOA spent over 100,000 for a roof that was supposed to have warranty but failed within 4 years. Crew Corp was given ample time but did not make good on multiple demands to make repairs.
