Wonderful experience, i first met Mo and Jonny from another friend of mine that did work for previously. They came highly recommended. And at first I was Leary about the price being so low compared to other bids. But once I realized just how knowledgeable they were about so many different construction trades. I said let’s give them a shot, we have nothing to lose. They also saved me a significant amount of money. I would definitely use them again and I will continue to refer them to my friends and family.

Mo Oday and his team are my future go to Flipper construction crew. They gave me a true hard cost and labor and save me almost 40% on all my materials using their vendor accounts. They offer a higher finish at a reasonable price. I ended up breaking the market value by over $100,000 on my flip property and I saved on the remodel budget going through them.

This guy is a crook. He mismanages your money and claims he likes to lock in his contractors early and that's how he moves quickly. After a year of what was supposed to be a 2-3 month job, he abandoned the project and has failed to reimburse what he agrees was incomplete scope. He will ignore your calls and emails if he feels like he doesn't have an answer for you. But will try to do bare minimal to claim progress towards the next draw and will call endlessly to do what he needs to do to get more money. He fails to pay his contractors. One concrete contractor came out, prepped the site, laid the rebar, and was ready to pour however due to Mo's failure to pay, came out and ripped up all his materials. Similar issue with the outdoor kitchen, the contractor and his dad helping him abandoned the work due to Mo's failure to pay. Avoid the stress and give your work to a more honest general contractor. This guy will take your money and run.
