Total rip off - paid invoice for maintenance work on my Generac generator and was ghosted. Not only dd he not acknowledge payment but has never contacted me ref my payment or acknowledged that he would be the one to do the maintenance on my generator. Once worked for the company that installed my generator and spewed out remarks about them but then seems as though he is following in their footsteps as he learned from them. DO NOT TRUST OR USE!!!!!!
