I used Elite Home Solutions on 12-22-12 to repair my fridge, and it was A great experience the sevice tech was very experienced and repaired my fridge for A good price. I would recommend them to every one I no.

On Tuesday, May 1, a representative of Elite Home Solutions came to my home for a service call. The service repair order was initiated by my home warranty company HMS. Upon inspection of my dishwasher, I was told that I needed to have the computer replaced in the unit. I was further told that the part would take 3 to 5 days to come in and he would call me when it arrived to set up a time to come back and install the piece. I paid in cash but did not get a receipt because the Elite Home Solutions repairman said he did not have any receipts but asked for my e-mail address so it could be sent electronically. Needless to say, I never received my receipt for the payment I made, nor a phone call about the part that was ordered. In fact, I have made four phone calls and sent electronic communication to the company and I have not even received, at least, a courtesy call back. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I called elite home solutions for my refrigerator repair on 1-3-2013 . I was very pleased with there service, the tech was very professional and was very nice and he was able to repair my refrigerator the same day, I was very impressed and would definitely use this company again.
