    The Finezza Group and Lawrence DiEgidio Jr. destroyed my house due to negligence. He caused a $73k insurance claim and and as a result of the damage, my family lived in a hotel for 2.5 months. Two days after the destruction, he created a new company, DiEgidio Contractors.

    An agreement was reached in October 2015 where he would provide insurance information to our insurance company and cover our deductible and out of pocket expenses but he disappeared after that agreement. He was not seen or heard from until November 2016, when he showed up to district court when we sued him. He admitted under oath that he was unregistered and uninsured at the time of the destruction, hence his disappearance. The judge ruled in our favor, awarding us a financial settlement but once again, Mr. DiEgidio has disappeared and will not pay. We are currently trying to collect our judgement through any means possible, at a further expense to us.
