We paid the owner 7030 dollars to put in new hardwood flooring in our house. After it was done, we found the floor to be uneven and squeaking. The owner told us there was "nothing" wrong w/the floor. We hired a certified floor inspector who discovered faulty installation. The inspector found that the installers did not follow the manufacturer's installation manual. It's been a nightmare trying to get our money back.
