I’m a developer of custom homes, and for my personal home I decided to have Andrei and his team remodel it. I’m so glad I decided to work with them. They have been the best to work with out of any company I’ve worked with in the past 15 years! They are punctual, responsive, detail oriented, honest, transparent, and deliver a high quality product. They have a lot of pride in their business, as they should. I’m not easily impressed, but they certainly did just that. Grateful for them and all that they did. My home looks beautiful!!!

Andrei and his crew are exceptional! When he came out to measure and provide a quote, I knew I had selected the right company. From Gabriel, who removed all of the old flooring, to Bogdon who did the installation of the new, they were extremely professional, very courteous, prompt, and their work was first-class. I would not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

From the first meeting we had with Andrei, he was nothing but professional. Very helpful in guiding & educating us to choose the right flooring for our condo. His communication is excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. Easy installation process, and keeps everything very tidy & clean!

Andrei did the demo and install at our home. His bid came in the lowest of three. After the demo, a couple of problems were recognized by him and his crew. Part of my floor wasn't level. They poured cement to bring it up to code. There was moisture in the concrete in other parts of my house. We tried to dry it with industrial fans, but to no avail. His team ended up sealing every bare floor. These guys are sharp! We would highly recommend them for any job.

Andrei and his crew were exceptional. On-time, on-budget and were very focused on getting every detail correct. They may the process easy and had great communication throughout.

Andrei was wonderful to work with throughout the process of having my floors installed. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions, and Andrei was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me, even helping me with my selection of flooring products. Throughout the installation process he sent me pictures and frequent updates. (I live out of state, so was not able to be there to see what was happening.) Additionally, he was very flexible with scheduling and last-minute schedule changes. The final product came out beautifully! I would highly recommend Creative Floors to anyone looking to have their floors redone.
