It was really a pleasure working with Taylor and Audra from start to finish. They came in with a very reasonable bid for our master bedroom conversion project. With additional family moving in we really wanted to maintain the 2 month schedule they gave us and they nailed it while delivering with excellent quality!!
Our only complaint is we would’ve liked a little more assistance in the planning phase to make sure everything is ordered on time and all the materials fit together. Some 3D drawings would also help to make sure everyone is on the same page. We ended up putting those together ourselves. However, they were really flexible about making adjustments to things that didn’t match our wishes.
Overall, Home Factory delivered incredible value while completing the project in a timely manner. We’ve been extremely happy with our new space!! -

I have never seen such an organized company. From beginning to end we knew exactly what was going in our home every week. Both the designer and contractor were on top of everything. And the finished product was more than we anticipated. Some extras were even thrown in because they thought it was necessary for the overall design. Who does that? The Home Factory. Creative, honest, people.
