    I would like to know why we got an email from a collections lawyer, RSTONE firm, when you completed our job in SEPT 2020. The invoice was paid for the 6 month awful job. You left an unfinished, uneven wall, the floor was laid incorrectly TWICE and the floor contractor and cabinet contractor fought over who's job it was to install the trim under the cabinets so we had to do that ourselves as well as hire another contractor to fix the wall. We have had no communications since Sept 2020. The invoice was paid in full. Now an invoice for under $300 pops up out of nowhere and a $250 charge to the collections agency? I don't think so! We are PAID. BBB will be contacted. It will be a cold day in hell before you or this agency will see a penny more from us. I may even sue you for the incomplete work you charged me for.

    Bathroom Remodel project

    Project was started on 5-21-20. Many problems. As of today (9-8-20) project is nowhere near being finished. So far they have only worked on 2 bathrooms & the quality of work was substandard. In fact, the work done does not even look professional. Problems too numerous to list here but I have all documentation & pictures. They promised to have all work completed on 6-26-20. Materials ordered for master bath (which hasn't even been started) have been in our garage for almost 3 months. Master tub is still sitting in driveway - probably has mold all over it. Garage is completely filled with vanities, mirrors, light bars, etc. Too heavy to move boxes so haven't been able to get our boat out since project began.
    Now they said they have hired another project manager and team to finish our product but so far, no one has showed up.
    We never knew if crew would show up or not. Total lack of communication. Most weeks crew would only work a few partial days - only worked a full day once. Always had other jobs to work on instead of mine. It has been a complete nightmare with no end in sight.
