The HR Group

The HR group helped us with our home remodel (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, stairs, HVAC, windows, fencing, paint job), and they were great to work with. They were very organized, process-driven, and got the job done (on time). They helped clean up some work left behind by another contractor, and did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and had a fluid administrative process, and used skilled sub-contractors to complete their work. I cannot express how thankful we are that we used them to complete our remodel. Our only regret is that we did not use them sooner (at the start of our remodel). But, we are so glad that they successfully rescued our home remodel!

We’ve been very happy with the HR Group! Starting with the original consultant that we met with, Clay Garretson. Clay is very friendly and knowledgeable and when you meet him, you immediately feel good about the HR Group. Our team supervisor was Caz and he is also an amazing man with super abilities. Our construction team was superior in every way! Frank Rivera is a master craftsman and does simply amazing work! If you decide to use the HR Group, you need to request Frank and his team for your project! Our bathroom is so beautiful...every time we walk in to it we're stunned at the improvement!

I am truly blown away by the level of customer service Clay and HR Group have shown me. I had a feeling our floor job was a bit too small for them after reading all of the reviews, but Clay came out for the estimate and assured me he'd help us out. Although the job was indeed too small, Clay had their subcontractor come and replace some flooring for us and managed the project in what little down time he had. He really went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your commitment to customer care. By the way, we love our flooring! Thank you Jaimie and team.

Overall, they did a fantastic job. We love our newly remodeled kitchen. For the most part, things went smoothly and on schedule. However, some finer details were overlooked with the speed of the project. I believe the HR Group would be ideal for the quick turnover or flipping home project. I think they would ideal for cookie-cutter kitchen remodeling rather than a custom kitchen project.

We hired The HR Group, after we had damage to our home from a storm, to do our roof and remodel our kitchen. After meeting with the estimator we were so impressed that we decided to have them do all of our flooring and paint the interior of our house. From start to finish they were always easy to reach, the superintendent was actually involved everyday rather then show up only when it was time to collect a check, they had a very efficient and reliable quality control system, and the craftsmanship was nothing short of perfect. We have been through the remodel process before twice with other companies and it was a complete nightmare. The HR Group made our experience so much more enjoyable. They met all of the time lines and were actually done a week earlier then estimated. I highly recommend them to anyone

We recently finished a full home renovation and used The HR Group from start to finish. Not only did they offer turn key services but they also had a full team of leads, project managers, and superintendents to make sure that our job stayed on schedule and in budget. Like any remodel there were a few small issues but they went over and beyond the call of duty to make things right. Our finish out is Amazing. We are so thankful for the HR Group Team, we were terrified due to all the horrific bad contractor stories we hear about but this company is Varsity Team!!!

I cannot say enough good things about The HR Group. I recently *completely* renovated an investment property and was struggling to find a contractor who would give me quality work at a fair price until I found The HR Group.

I called their office and got in contact with Scott. I explained that I had met with a number of reputable renovation companies and felt that the quotes that they had given me were completely unreasonable. I had budgeted a specific amount for the entire renovation and was being quoted about $20,000 over what I had estimated the cost of the project would be. I explained to Scott that I thought that these companies were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a young, single, female. Scott promised me he'd come look at the property the next day and quote me a fair price... AND HE DID!

Not once did he ever try to slip in any extra charges, sacrifice quality, or anything less than highly satisfactory. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HR GROUP to both friends and family. I intend to use them for every renovation going forward.

I’ve seen them do dance studios, car washes, dental offices, data centers, and the Perot Museum? No need in worrying about a half a dozen trades on your project. I’ve worked with these guys on Commercial and Residential projects. I was really impressed with their knowledge and skill set. This isn’t a Mom and Pop shop. They do full blown flips and additions on houses. When I got done flipping my house I let their in-house real estate agent list my house. He paid for all the marketing and photos and got me top dollar for the house. Looking forward to working with these guys in the future.
