The company was hired by the contractor who worked on renovating our house. They installed our HVAC incorrectly and we’re now stuck paying for an entirely new system. The furnace is less than 3 years old and looks worse than a 20+ year old furnace because of how it was installed. It has stopped working for us entirely. Absolutely DO NOT USE THEM. Pay the extra money to have someone who knows what they’re doing.
