Called another company I found on-line at first. They told me I needed a new heater for $6,800 and they had one on the truck and could install same day. I didn't think my problem was that bad since my heater still worked but was just dripping condensation. Called Kershaw after a neighbor highly recommended them. Was a bit apprehensive when a female tech arrived at my door, however, turned out she knew exactly what she was doing. Turned out my PVC pipe was clogged and just needed to be cleaned out. Was only billed $125.00. Would highly recommended Kershaw for your HVAC needs!

They have come out to service my heater twice, each time it was something different..they are reliable, cost effective, and detailed in what is being done and what was wrong. I will definitely continue to use there service.
