The post from 2019 is a lie I want to take it down. A customer and I had a disagreement. He posted these lies about me. I need this post to be taken down.

Scam artist Do not hire. I’m the owner of the property on record above, we hired him to deconvert 2 flat to sfh. Had to fire him half way in and a 100k spent due to poor work quality and the main reason lack of work. The place sat there fore week untouched while he kept asking for money. Finally we cut our losses with about 20k worth of backlogged work we paid for. Our new GC had to redo everything over again due to terrible quality of work. We’re talking almost everything whole plumbing system redone all the framing had to be adjusted and all the hvac had to be completely redone and fixed. If you ever hear from Kenyatta Maddox run the other way.

I had a 3 flat that the Maddox Group was working on and it turned out beautiful. I was skeptical at first about using a new contractor but this company achieved all my expectations and more. They worked countless hours due to a deadline that must be met. They made sure that I saved as much as possible on every material purchased. The quality of the work was great. The owners turned an old 3 flat into a brand new building. I have recommended them to my family and friends and they have 4 jobs pending now.
