I contracted the owner (Brian Macklin) to be the HUD consultant for my renovation project. He was friendly and seemed to be very knowlegdeable. His initial consult required a fee of $300. Mr. Macklin wrote up the necessary paperwork. However Mr. Macklin has not returned any phone calls or emails from my contractor, the bank or me. We have not heard from him since June 2021. It is August. He has been very unprofessional.
