    Complete disregard and neglect for mold remediation in Delray Beach condo building, in which the problem only grew since the hurricane. Minor leaks were not responded to throughout the lease term which ultimately leads to mold-related illness throughout the building and is still not remediated to date. Nor has an accessor been to review before the building began remediation in the common areas. No response in regards to our current living conditions in any helpful manner, in fact, the only half reply was that they would begin once we moved out. Day late and dollar short?

    I have contacted the Monello Group through phone and e mail on several occasions in an attempt to resolve an issue of broken curbs that were damages during snow removal in front of my home and throughout the development. Even threatening to post a negative review has not elicited a positive response. Jodi Monello, who represents them, has provided a vague response offering to address the issues the town identifies when they finally complete the road in our development sometime in the future.
    So, as they are unwilling to act in a decent, reasonable, manner here is my review.
    The Monello Group is the developer of Allenwood Estates, a residential development of 10 homes, where I live. The development remains unfinished after 10 years. Until it is completed the Monello Group remain responsible for tasks such a snow removal, something they haven't done in two years. (Thankfully the town has done this even they are not legally obligated to do so) This year the curbs were damaged in a number of areas but, in spite of their ongoing responsibility to fix this issue, they see no urgency. While Mario Monello, the owner of The Monello Group goes between his multimillion dollar residences in Rumson and Boca Raton, we wait and wait for a simple, relatively inexpensive repair. This lack of concern and willingness to create antagonism is his hallmark. If you are in contract, or going into contract on one of his other projects, such as the development on Allaire Rd in Wall, I urge you to get every detail in writing, use your attorney, not his, and expect things to move a his pace, not yours.

    I can't disagree more with Sept 8 post. I too have had and continue to have issues with the Monello Group. It is almost a year since we closed with a temporary CO and we still do not have final. They do not answer emails and I still have over 20 open items from day 1. They have sent people to address some issues and 4 times they did not fix it properly. The head of the Company will not even talk with you nor even visit property to see what the issues are. They are bad news.

    I can't answer for the issues that the other party experienced, but my home was built by the Monello Group and I was very pleased with my experience. The workmanship was very good and they were very reponsive to any issues that I had. I would gladly recommend them.

    I agree with the other person. They are not easy to deal with and were not finished anytime near the promised time. Many items still remain open and they do not respond. I would highly recommend using another builder
